  • Thank you so much for posting this video… I really was looking forward to some valuable information about how to actually build muscle on the ketogenic diet. However, this video gave specific instructions on how to gain weight. Which I’m actually not interested in gaining any weight. I only want to lose fat, approximately 35 lbs … and add muscle during the process. Hoping you’ll be posting some valuable information about how to actually gain muscle… Not weight… Just muscle on the ketogenic diet. Thank you very much!
